Hotel & Café På Torvet is located on the town square in Ærøskøbing, Denmark. We are a small, seasonal hotel and café focused on quality, calm surroundings and fair working conditions.
We regularly welcome applications from people who want to work in a small team with responsibility in everyday operations – especially during the season from spring to early autumn.
Typical positions
- Kitchen (cooks, kitchen assistants and dishwashers)
- Café and service staff
- Housekeeping and cleaning
Most positions are seasonal. Experience is an advantage, but not required for all roles.

We work in a close-knit team with clear roles, mutual respect and a practical approach to everyday tasks. The pace varies with the season – from calm days to busy summer periods.
Language
English is required for most positions. Danish is an advantage, but not mandatory.
